Silent Meditation

Meditation is a big concept and is about putting the focus inwards. That you somehow concentrate the mind to be able to let go of everything that is happening around you and instead let our full attention be focused on what is happening inside.  

 

In meditation, one can use many techniques, such as smells, scents, mantras (repeated sentences and words). You can meditate sitting, lying down, standing and moving, such as yoga. Yoga is a movement meditation. Regular meditation techniques help you become calmer, more alert, strengthen your senses, stronger immune system, increased concentration, healthier in every way and in every way

levels and areas.
