Trigger point massage
Trigger point massage is not a massage but a puncture of muscle knots. It can hurt in a second but gives a relaxing and warm feeling when the muscle knot has dissolved. The treatment may be required several times as trigger points often return to a tense state depending on your daily chores.
Trigger point massage is often given for tension headaches, pain in the neck, shoulders and shoulders (pain that radiates to the arm).
Pain in the back and in the gluteal muscles (for sciatica-like pain).
For running knees, tennis elbow and tense calves.
